Crew members review reports, protect users and keep discussions useful. The role is a responsibility, not a status symbol.

  • Strong written English and calm communication are required.
  • You must apply rules consistently, including to friends.
  • Private information and staff discussions stay confidential.
  • Every moderation action must have a clear, reviewable reason.
  • Never use staff tools to win arguments or access private content without authorisation.
  • Availability matters, but good judgement matters more than hours online.
