PlayAssist stores account details, profile information, posts, messages, votes, security logs and the technical data needed to operate and protect the service. Private messages are visible to sender and recipient, but authorised staff may review them when necessary for safety, abuse reports or legal compliance.

We use essential session and security cookies to keep users signed in and prevent abuse. Optional analytics or marketing cookies must remain disabled until they are configured and valid consent is collected.

Users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal and security retention requirements. Passwords are stored as one-way Argon2id hashes. Two-factor secrets and mail credentials are encrypted at rest.

Before launch, add the controller’s legal name, contact details, retention periods, subprocessors, hosting location and the lawful bases that apply to your operation. Have this document reviewed for the countries you serve.
